Return & Refund Policy – Perishable Goods

Our products are perishable food items, so we’re unable to accept returns.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@yourotherhoney.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed to your original payment method promptly. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take up to 10 business days to post the refund.

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • opened or partially consumed products
  • orders submitted without prior contact
  • delivery delays outside of our control

We stand behind the quality of our products and will always work with you to make things right if something isn’t as expected.
