We currently ship within the United States.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Processing times may be longer during holidays or special promotions.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $50 and free shipping for orders $50 and over.
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Warm Weather & Product Care
Our honey infusions are sensitive to heat. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order promptly to maintain quality.

Delays & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at hello@yourotherhoney.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages), along with your order number and photos if applicable. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
